Edit Your Account Settings and Notifications

Overview

To control the information associated with your Edmodo Account as well as the type of communication you receive from Edmodo, follow these simple steps to update your Account Settings and Notifications.


Edit Your Account Settings and Email and Text Notifications (Student)




If you need to update any personal information on your Account, including your email or password or your email and text notifications, Account Settings is the place to go. To get started, you can access your Account Settings by following these steps:

1. Select the"Down Arrow” icon next to "Me" from the right of your top toolbar.
2. Click the “Settings” option in the drop-down menu.

From there you can edit your:

Account Tab:

• Profile Photo: Choose to upload a photo from your computer, or select from one of our stylized icons.
• Personal Information: Edit your first/last name (this is your display name), email address (not required) and timezone (make sure your timezone is set to the same as your teacher's timezone).

Email and Text Notifications Tab:

• Notification Type: Choose email or text message from the drop-down list.
• Select the type of notifications you would like to receive by checking the box next to one or more of these choices: Alerts, Notes, Direct Messages, Replies, New Group Members or Group Join Requests.
• Email: Email notifications will be sent to the email address associated with your Edmodo Account.
• Text Message: Type in your 10-digit phone number and select your current mobile provider. You will need to verify your phone number in order to enable text alerts. (Note: Text Notifications are only available for users in the U.S. and Canada. Standard text messaging rates apply.)

Password Tab:

• To change your password, enter your existing password and then your new password. 
• Select "Change Password" to save the changes. 

Mengedit Pengaturan Akun anda dan Pemberitahuan 

Untuk mengontrol informasi yang terkait dengan Akun Edmodo Anda serta jenis komunikasi yang Anda terima dari Edmodo, ikuti langkah-langkah sederhana untuk memperbarui Pengaturan Akun dan Pemberitahuan. 

Mengedit Pengaturan Akun Anda dan Email dan Text Pemberitahuan (Student) 

Jika Anda perlu memperbarui informasi pribadi di akun Anda, termasuk email atau password atau email dan teks pemberitahuan Anda, Account Settings adalah tempat untuk pergi. Untuk memulai, Anda dapat mengakses Pengaturan Akun Anda dengan mengikuti langkah berikut: 

1. Pilih "Panah" icon di samping "Me" dari kanan toolbar atas Anda. 
2. Klik "Settings" pilihan dalam menu drop-down. 

Dari sana Anda dapat mengedit: 

Akun Tab: 

• Foto Profil: Memilih untuk meng-upload foto dari komputer Anda, atau memilih dari salah satu ikon bergaya kami. 
• Informasi Pribadi: Edit pertama nama belakang Anda / (ini adalah nama tampilan Anda), alamat email (tidak wajib) dan zona (zona pastikan Anda diatur ke sama dengan zona waktu gurumu). 

Email dan Text Pemberitahuan Tab: 

• Pemberitahuan Jenis: Pilih email atau pesan teks dari daftar drop-down. 
• Pilih jenis pemberitahuan yang ingin menerima dengan mencentang kotak di sebelah salah satu atau beberapa pilihan berikut: Tanda, Notes, Pesan Langsung, Balasan, Anggota Baru Grup atau Kelompok Gabung Permintaan. 
• Email: Email pemberitahuan akan dikirim ke alamat email yang terkait dengan Akun Edmodo Anda. 
• Pesan Teks: Ketik nomor telepon 10-digit dan pilih operator seluler Anda saat ini. Anda akan perlu memverifikasi nomor telepon Anda untuk mengaktifkan alert teks. (Catatan: Pemberitahuan teks hanya tersedia untuk pengguna di AS dan Kanada tarif pesan teks standar berlaku..) 

Sandi Tab: 

• Untuk mengubah sandi Anda, masukkan password yang ada dan kemudian password baru Anda. 
• Pilih "Ubah Password" untuk menyimpan perubahan.
